Who you are

You’ve built before, and you know the zero-to-one chaos well. You thrive in ambiguity, think in systems, and move at founder speed. You might be:

• An ex-founder or operator with startup scars and successes behind you.

• A domain expert in AI, enterprise software, or data-driven products.

• Fluent in product and growth thinking, grounded in execution.

• Based in or able to regularly join us in Rotterdam (HQ).

• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Above all, you’re restless to build again, this time, with more leverage and better odds.

This isn’t a job, it’s a place to build again, this time with more leverage. Venture Partners are the bridge between the studio and the ventures we build, hands-on co-builders from day one, helping validate, shape, and scale the next generation of enterprise AI companies born inside Builders.

Each Venture Partner is matched with founders based on their expertise and domain strength, working on one or two active builds at a time. You’re not an advisor; you’re part of the founding core, bringing momentum, clarity, and leverage to early teams.

As a Venture Partner, your upside comes from what you build. You’ll own equity in every venture you help bring to life and work shoulder to shoulder with founders inside the studio. This is a skin-in-the-game role, perfect for entrepreneurial operators who want meaningful ownership over financial certainty.

• Co-build ventures with founders from day zero to seed.

• Validate early hypotheses, shape product direction, and sharpen go-to-market strategy.

• Build early teams, fundraising materials, and operational foundations.

• Represent Builders’ mindset and momentum inside each venture.
