Full-Stack Platform Engineer (AI Agent Systems)

Now we're taking our own operations to the next level. We're hiring a Full-Stack Platform Engineer to join our Core Team and build our internal studio platform that automates and transforms how we create ventures.

Why this role exists

Today's venture studios operate with manual, disconnected processes. We're building a revolutionary Studio Intelligence Platform that processes thousands of customer conversations across our portfolio, automatically updates key deliverables, and enables cross-venture learning at unprecedented scale.

Your mission: Build the intelligent automation platform that gives Builders unprecedented scalability - the internal system that processes conversations, updates key deliverables, core documents, and enables our studio to operate at 10x capacity.

What you'll build

Production-Scale Intelligence Platform

• Build scalable studio platform with dashboards that transform AI analysis into actionable insights for venture teams

• Develop real-time agent orchestration pipelines using LangGraph, LangChain, or similar frameworks integrated with modern web interfaces

• Engineer multi-tenant SaaS architecture handling 50+ concurrent ventures and 1000+ conversations monthly

AI Agent Integration Systems

• Integrate AI agents that automatically process conversations and update venturec core documention (ICPs, competitive analysis, strategic documents)

• Build conversation intelligence workflows that connect transcription APIs → AI analysis → database updates → real-time UI updates

• Create portfolio-wide automation systems that surface patterns and recommendations across ventures

Tech Stack

We value strong engineering fundamentals over specific technology experience. Here’s tools we used before. The right engineer can pick up our specific tools quickly - we're looking for solid platform building experience.

• Frontend: TypeScript/JavaScript frameworks (we use React mainly)

• Backend: Python, Node.js, Typescript etc. - we care about architecture, not specific languages

• Database: PostgreSQL, Redis, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar)

• AI Integration: OpenAI, Anthropic, local LLMs, transcription services, embedding models

• Agent Orchestration: LangChain, LangGraph, or custom agent frameworks

• Infrastructure: Cloud platforms, containerization, serverless, real-time systems

What we're looking for

Must-Have Experience

• 3-5 years building production platforms - we value experience over specific technology choices

• AI-first development approach - proficient with AI coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) for rapid development

• AI Agent integration experience - building with LangGraph, LangChain, or custom agent orchestration systems

• Modern web platform development - full-stack applications with real-time features, regardless of specific framework

• Database design expertise - relational and vector databases, real-time subscriptions, optimized queries

• Rotterdam/Netherlands based - on-location at Builders HQ (next to Rotterdam Central Station)

Strong Plus

• Experience with real-time transcription systems, conversation intelligence, or workflow automation platforms

• Background in Python for AI integration alongside TypeScript for frontend development

• Experience building admin panels, data visualization dashboards, or business intelligence tools

• Previous work at venture studios, consulting firms, or multi-client platform environments
