To achieve this, we rigorously follow a process of creating and operating SaaS startups by internally generating, conceptualising, and validating promising business ideas and finding the right co-founders to build powerful tech companies together.
We're looking for a Head of People to drive the growth of both our studio and the new ventures we’re building. As Head of People, you'll successfully build a connected and engaged network of international (future) founders. You’ll enable us to build Europe’s next best HR and prop-tech ventures by supporting the growth of our Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) programme. You’ll spar with our Managing Directors and Investors to align on founder needs, profiles and overall talent strategy.
You will be responsible for hiring across various positions, from founders, C-level management to marketers to developers. Next to that you are responsible to drive and build out an active community in Europe of potential founders. You actively participate in relevant networks and events to grow the community.
Community Engagement: build a strong network of Future Founders in Europe
Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding: Develop a differentiated ability to identify, attract and hire leading talent
Business Partnering: Partnering with the Managing Directors to develop an organisation and talent agenda to support the needs of our expanding business
Growth: collaborate with the Managing Directors in investor engagement and management
Be active in the entrepreneurial scene - attending events and talks as you see fit according to the strategy.
Recruit top talent globally and achieve quarterly hiring goals.
Manage the entire cycle, end-to-end recruitment process and onboarding.
Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage to the offer, evaluating skill level and driving the interview process and offer process.
Partner with management to understand the studio and venture hiring objectives and develop strategies to deliver upon hiring goals.
Build relevant global sourcing strategies tailored to the market and hiring needs.
Actively promote our employer brand via social media, events, etc.
You have 5+ years of recruitment experience particularly in the startup, scaleup, or venture building ecosystem;
You are solution-focused and strong in stakeholder engagement
You know what it takes to build a community and know your way around the investor landscape in the Netherlands and the rest of Europe!
You have experience managing full-cycle recruitment from C-level to interns and closing a variety of hard to fill roles.
You have strong business partnering skills, able to build strong, productive relationships, educate and influence your stakeholders;
You are proactive and innovative; always looking for opportunities to improve;
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbally;
Entrepreneurial instincts: resourceful, proactive, and hands-on.
You are available at least 3 days per week and willing to work hybrid
