About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, flexible, and passionate trainee who is an excellent creative thinker, storyteller, and innovator. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of marketing savvy, strong storytelling and communication skills, and a passion for execution. As a Growth Trainee, you will take ownership of growing the public presence of our studio and navigating through ideation of new business concepts. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and facilitate ideation process of new business concepts;
  • Organize and run experiments to validate business ideas with potential customers;
  • Execute strategy to promote the studio throughout various digital channels;
  • Support the team in building and facilitating networks of potential founders and investors.

  • You have at least one year of work experience in marketing, innovation management, or other relevant fields;
  • You have a strong drive and curiosity to come up with new ideas and find opportunities to drive a business forward;
  • You are digital marketing savvy with technical knowledge in some of the digital marketing disciplines: traffic generation, UX, prototyping, A/B testing, social media management;
  • You are interested in software products and technologies;
  • You have an entrepreneurial, can-do mentality;
  • You can communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing;
  • You are curious and eager to grow with the company.

Hard requirements

  • You have a college or university degree in marketing, business, or other relevant fields;
  • You live in or close to Rotterdam;
  • You are available for at least three days per week;
  • You have strong Dutch and English communication skills.
