We’re seeking a Business Founder to co-build and grow a Tenant Experience company. You’ll jump on the journey with a Technical Co-founder to bring the company to product market fit and beyond. You’ve built companies before or led a team bringing software projects to market.

You’ll focus on strategy, sales, fundraising, marketing, and everything else required to grow the business.

We see residential living operators worldwide struggling to build and scale engaged communities. The only way to make a thriving community is to provide high service and give residents the tools to manage their local community.

Our mission is to create the ultimate operating system for shared living where service and community go hand in hand.

We are extremely good at creating a meaningful social living experience for residents and provide actionable data, insights, and tools for operators. So we can assist operators in managing and scaling their communities.

Therefore we offer an all-in-one software platform for shared living operators to give their residents the best living experience while operating at scale. We’ve onboarded our first customers and built our use cases.

You’ll step in as a Business Co-Founder to expand our customer base.

📌 What you’ll bring

• You have 5+ years of professional experience in an international environment
• You have the expertise and a network in the Real Estate industry (Property Tech, Tenant Experience)
• You are mission-driven, and love prop-tech and software and what it can do to change people's lives.
• You have exceptional sales skills in a B2B software environment
• You are driven and willing to build a successful company.
• You are a problem-solver, a proactive strategic thinker, and a pragmatist.
• You are confident in your ability to fundraise with a team in the early stage.
• You have previously gained C-level experience at a startup or scale-up.
• You can formulate a strategy, translate it into actions and execute or delegate.
• You can work with product teams and can identify the right product needs based on the voice of customer interviews.
• You have experience with P&L ownership and management.
• You are fluent in English; Dutch is a big plus.
• You are based in the Netherlands.
