Founder Associate Traineeship

About the role

Are you entrepreneurial-minded and maybe would like to start your own business someday? Do you want to find out what makes startups succeed? Or perhaps what makes them fail? We are looking for an ambitious trainee who, like us, is passionate about the startup ecosystem and wants to dive deep into the world of startup studios and venture builders.

As a Founder Associate Trainee, you will become the right hand of our co-founders. In this role, it will be your responsibility to support our ambitious entrepreneurs on their journey of establishing and growing an innovative tech company. You will take ownership over high priority tasks that are related to the process of creating a new business from scratch. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Validate business assumptions, both quantitatively and qualitatively;
  • Map and analyse customer journeys;
  • Create the go-to-market strategy;
  • Identify and track relevant startup metrics;
  • Conduct competitor analysis;
  • Analyse quantitative data and develop actionable insights.

Hard requirements

  • You have a university degree in business, engineering, or other relevant fields;
  • You have at least one year of work experience in a fast-paced environment, e.g. high-growth startup, management consulting, entrepreneurship;
  • You are located in The Netherlands;
  • You are available for at least three days per week;
  • You are fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
